What We Found in an Amazon Mystery Box: Nike & More — May 24, 2026

We don't always need a massive haul to have a good day. Sometimes a lean box just hits. This one closed on May 24th with only five items inside, and three of them were serious footwear finds. Plus a couple of bin-labeled pieces heading straight to our store bins.

The Star: Nike Air Zoom Vomero 16 (Men's Size 11) at $250 Retail

Brand new. Sealed. The Nike Air Zoom Vomero 16 in Men's Size 11 is the kind of pull that makes you do a double-take when you're cutting open a box. Two-fifty retail for a premium daily trainer — that's not an everyday find, and we're not pretending otherwise.

Right alongside it came the Nike Pegasus Trail 3 in Women's Size 9.5 Blue, retailing at $120. Trail runners with real capability — a shoe that actually gets used hard by people who love it. Seeing two legit Nike performance shoes in the same small box was genuinely satisfying.

Then there were the Birkenstock Women's Arizona Birko-Flor Soft Footbed Sandals from Finish Line at $100 retail. Classic silhouette, soft footbed, brand new — Birkenstocks basically sell themselves here in Hot Springs once they hit the floor.

Three pairs of footwear. Nearly $470 in named retail value before you even count the bin items. For a five-piece Amazon Mystery Box, that's a clean, focused haul. Small box, zero fluff, all footwear. We'll take it.
